Form Equals Emptiness - Shunyata

For some reason, our senses perceive at a particular gross level. The eyes, for example, do not perceive at the level of high-powered electron microscopes, which can see atoms. If they did, what we would perceive would be space, with infinitesimally small particles, appearing and disappearing at super high speeds. If I look at my arm from the human level of perception, what I perceive is an apparent line where the arm ends and air begins. But at the level of the electron microscope, no line would be found.

So then, in truth, where do I end and air (world) begin? There is no place to locate myself in that way. The fact is, I perceive at a level that puts all of this together into form, which seems solid and navigable in this realm of the play of life. Without this gross level of perception, there would be no appearance of world.

Why do we perceive this way? Who knows. But even though form is obviously, and constantly, in flux, with no empirical substantial nature, to outright deny its reality, as many non-dualists seem to do, is pointless and simply philosophical. It has no purpose and does not help in living life as it is.
