Located on the south side of Mount Arunachala in Ramana Nagar, this beautiful, spacious home has a permanently unobstructed view of the mountain. The ground floor has 3/4 bedrooms or office spaces, a large open living room with open kitchen and beautiful red granite counter. The main bedroom has a large open screen door to the garden. All of the floors and the bathroom walls are Kavi, traditional south floor oxide flooring helping keep the house cool as in some luxury hotels in Pondicherry. The western side of the house is made from earth bricks with mud and cement plastering. All rooms have high quality ACs. The entire interior has been designed with exquisite colors and details, such as several arched walls with ornamented antique looking doors, culverts, book cases and lounging sofa, curved corners and other round features creating a soft, cozy, relaxing feel eliciting a calm vibe.

The 1st floor is a fully open hall with an outstanding view of Mount Arunachala, a very high tiled and artistic roof and an outside 360 degree walk around. This floor can host meditation, satsang or yoga retreats with up to 80 people. It also has a kitchenette for serving coffee, tea, etc.

The second building is 400 sq. feet and can be used as a studio, office or guest house. The tile covered parking area for cars or bikes sits atop of a 70,000 liter underground water tank, fed by the bore well. ​

The garden is fully lush and mature with myriad varieties of plants, flowers and trees. Hidden in the garden is a round earth meditation cave, temple. The garden is ornamented by several sacred statues and a mantapan. There is an enclosed vegetable garden in the front of the house.

There is an extra building in the front side of the house that has 2 bathrooms for retreat participants, an electrical room and a garden store room.

The property has a power stabilizer and very ample backup battery and inverters to power almost everything. 

The entire property is protected by brick and cement walls all around.

This house is ideal for spiritual seekers, a family, a couple or a individuals who love to be in Tiru or someone who holds retreats or other community or spiritual events, which can be offered to different teachers and even  as a community center. It can also serve as a guest house or Air BnB.
