About Hydra Island
Hydra is an unspoiled island. There are no cars, motorbikes or even bicycles on the island. You get around on foot or a donkey ride or a taxi boat from the port to the house where we will be having our intensive. The food is amazing, the people warm, friendly and down to earth and the nature gorgeous. Our hosts, Jackson and Sofia are Lions from our community of friends and are loving and generous. Retreat Description
On the first day of the intensive we will have an introduction meeting and Holiday Meditation at 6:00 pm. After that can have your dinner at one of the amazing restaurants in the area.
Each day there will be two meetings with Sal – one two-hour inquiry session and a one-hour Q&A session. There will also be two sessions each day where you will be listening to the recordings of the previous session. Sal will be there at those times and available to meet privately. There is ample space on the property to lounge comfortably before the sea while listening.
As this is an intensive, you will be required to be at the house from 10 am-2 pm and again from 4 pm-6 pm. There will be a two-hour lunch break from 2-4 pm. Before 10 am you can have a delicious breakfast at one of the restaurants in the area.
Required: Please bring a listening device and earphones. A smart phone or tablet is fine. After each session the audios will be quickly uploaded so that you can download them to your device for listening. It is also recommended to listen again before going to sleep at night.
Listening to the audios is an important part of the process as you will be hearing things you did not hear the first time and you will continue to immerse yourself in the recognition of freedom. For one week you will be immersed in freedom so that it will become doubtless for you.

Pricing and Accommodations
Price does not include food or accommodations.
Because of limited space at the beautiful house where we will be holding the intensive, it is best to reserve your space as soon as possible.
$1200 USD - Intensive Cost
Deposit: $300 (non-refundable)
Once you have paid your deposit you will receive a confirmation email. If you would like advice about your accommodation you will be able to contact Sofia. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the email confirmation. Thank you.
The final balance will be due by June 15, 2025
Cancellation Policy: 50% of balance refundable if cancelled before July 15, 2025
No refund will be given after July 15, 2025
About Sofia and Jackson's house
The beautiful house where will be spending our days together overlooks the sea, with a view of the Greece mainland. They have two houses next to each other, so there is ample space to lounge during the listening sessions. We will hold the meetings outside their house in front of the sea.
The Intensive
There are four basic parts to the intensive:
A PARADIGM SHIFT
Immerse in the undeniable knowing of your free essential being and know the eternal peace that is your ground of being.
TRUE BAKTHI
Come to know what is needed to resolve all doubts and liberate your mind through devotion to and love of your essential being. This is living freedom.
THE QUESTION OF FREE WILL
Resolve the question of free will and doership and come to know true compassion, love and ease of being in your life.
TRUE NON-DUALITY
Finally come full circle, to realize that it is YOU, exactly as you are right now, that you have been seeking.
Seeking is finished. You have found.
Your spiritual path will be over and you will begin living freedom, no longer seeking it, but BEING it.
