Testimonials (from Winter 2023 Intensive Season)

I am so glad you are not a guru.

Hearing your words can't trigger anything but love, joy, happiness, etc.

But since you are not a guru, these feelings are not focused. They remain free. And that is incredibly beautiful!

I see so clearly now the trap I fell into with Mooji. I am very grateful that you were able to show it to me.

This is what I wanted to write to you.

Hugs from my morning hike, Stephan

Just to say a big THANK YOU for your work!

The intensive has been a fantastic journey for me!

I don’t know if you remember my words at the beginning of the intensive: “it could not be any better “ and you replied to me: “ it will get better” ! You were absolutely RIGHT!

I am ready for the play of Lila because I know that I am.

So grateful !

Thank you again!

Love , Jean-Yves

I attended the first intensive with Sal. What an amazing experience it was. The 'seeing ' of my essential nature was made absolutely clear.

Almost too simple yet unmistakable. It was lovely to be in the presence of Sal and the other wonderful people on the intensive. Also the roof of his house is the perfect setting.

This is my third visit to India. I love it. I think everyone should visit India at least once in their lives.

Much love

Antonie

I just returned from India and attending an intensive with Sal. Assuming you are reading this because you are considering attending yourself, I would highly recommend attending the  intensive with Sal in India. I hope these details adequately explain why.

After attending at online mini-intensive I registered for an in-person intensive in India. Concerns began arising almost immediately around why I was traveling to India when I could attend the intensive online via Zoom. I also had thoughts of concern about going to India itself.

The experience of going to the in person intensive provided an overwhelmingly clear response to these two concerns. Having experienced both online and in person intensives, I can report that they are completely different experiences.

Going to India is a whole-body commitment to freedom. You get up, board whatever conveyances your location demands and you haul yourself there. This action sends a message to your system beyond your mind that you are taking this step with serious intent. The act of going there is part of the intensive itself, and provides a level of focus I found to be immensely helpful.

When you arrive you join a group of attendees, approximately fifteen in number, who all are navigating the environment of Tiruvannamalai. You share insights, tips and resources. The community of attendees bonds immediately. This group dynamic positively impacts your attention and focus. India has the infrastructure and Tiruvannamalai has enough Western visitors to provide everything you need. The group contribution fills in the details.

Sal's work is available remotely. I had bought his first book in 2018, the material of which is entirely consistent with what we covered in India. And when I attended, I sat ten feet from Sal. He engaged with my questions and said exactly what needed to be said for me to recognize what he had been saying all along. Something very human about sitting with Sal and the others in the same room occurs that technology cannot replicate.

The experience of making the commitment to go, organizing the trip, joining the group and sitting in Sal's comfortable home with a view of Mount Arunachala aids in process of continuing your path to freedom. That is why I highly recommend you make the trip if you have the means.

A seeker came to Tiruvannamalai. He had heard about “the end of the spiritual path“ on which he had been more or less lustwalking for decades now. Somehow he had enough, and so he set out to meet Salvatore Poe. As it turned out, the best decision of his life. The seeker was me. And I'm not looking anymore. Sal could really show it to me!  Inside me. Where it has been all along, waiting to be found. My heart is overflowing with joy, with love and also gratitude. I was allowed to understand. And I was ready to meet Sal. What a privilege and what a gift! The incredible energy of Arunachala supports immensely in the process of understanding. It was my first time in India and everything was so lovingly organized by Sal. Garima, the contact person for all questions regarding accommodation, stay, way of life here in Tiruvannamalai, made me feel at home. Bindu’s breathwork is an inner adventure and a great enrichment. I met such beautiful, valuable people in the ten days at Sal‘s rooftop.  Meanwhile I am back home in the deep winter in Austria's mountains. And my heart is still overflowing with love and joy and gratitude and jubilation. Free. What can be more beautiful than knowing who you are. Thank you Sal for showing and sharing!

Love, Stephan

Dear Sal,

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I feel so, so grateful, words really fall short but here are a few.

Sal’s message is so clear, simple and profound, my life has changed since hearing it. The simple recognition of the glaringly obvious truth is pointed to in Sal’s unique way, very ordinary, with humour and in the most all inclusive and compassionate way I’ve ever experienced.  Truth, freedom, compassion, my simple words fall short, thank you dear Sal.

Coming to India, being immersed in the work with amazing people has been such a gift. Before arriving and during my stay, there has been every support and taking care of anything I may need. The inquiries, questions and lovely relaxing listening sessions, with delicious chai on Sal and Bindu’s roof, gazing over to Mount Arunachala, is a safe and comforting space to hear the message of freedom.

Thank you Sal and Bindu!

Lots of love

Andrea

I have previously participated in a few online Intensives, however, coming to India and being immersed for 10 consecutive days, (two Intensives), has had a tremendous impact, especially in the beautiful setting that Sal & Bindu provided. The online Intensives were great, but doing the work here was extremely impactful.

I have met some of the most beautiful people from all over the world, which I may have never met, and really come to know as dear friends, otherwise.

I was obviously apprehensive, having never been in India, however, the people and the Indian culture are so beautiful, that I find myself not wanting to leave.

“I came to India to do Sal’s intensive per a friend’s suggestion. I was skeptical but wanted a break in magical India, and be near the holy mountain of Arunachala. This proved to be a perfect combination to realize what freedom really is. Sal’s intensive was simple, fun, and profoundly liberating. I am truly grateful…and free.”

Truly grateful, Joyce
